Iowa Assessments

The following is a schedule the Mid-Prairie District will be following for Iowa Assessments with third grade. We will be testing in the morning from about 9AM to 10AM. Please make sure your child has breakfast and a really good night’s sleep during these weeks especially. If your child is ill, there will be make-up dates.  This is the first time they have taken these types of tests. We have been practicing how to fill in answer sheets and discussing the importance of the tests.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me. Thank you for your support. You have wonderful children and I know they will try their best.

Ms. V's dad

Ms. Vitosh's dad, Mark, works for the DNR in the forestry department. He came today to talk to us about trees. He told us many facts, taught us why they are important and showed us HUGE pinecones. Thank you, Mr. V!
